Will you actually clean my home, or is this purely for show?

Yes! Your Feathers Angel will professionally and thoroughly clean your home. This is a genuine luxury cleaning experience in London, delivered with charm, attention to detail and a wink. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and bank cards, as well as cash. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Cash payments are accepted upon arrival. Please provide the payment  without the Angel having to ask. 

Is this an escort or sensual massage service?

Absolutely not. Feathers is a professional cleaning and entertainment service, not an escort or adult service.
Any request for sexual activity or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate cancellation and forfeiture of payment.

Do you offer weekly or fortnightly booking discounts?

Yes, returning clients enjoy exclusive discounts after their initial service.

What information do you require to book a cleaning service?

To confirm your booking, we’ll need:

• Your name and address

• A contact number for updates or special requests

For security reasons, when your Angel arrives she may ask to see a valid government-issued photo ID (passport or driving licence). The name on your ID must match the booking. All personal details are handled with complete confidentiality.

Is my payment or deposit refundable?

If Feathers must cancel your booking, your deposit will be refunded in full. If you need to cancel, please give at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your booking to avoid the rescheduling/cancellation fee of £50 per Angel.

Is online payment secure?

Yes — all online payments are processed through a certified and encrypted billing system. Transactions are SSL-secured and discreetly billed.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

For hygiene reasons, we ask clients to provide their own cleaning tools (e.g. mop, broom, vacuum, cloths). For a small additional fee, our Angels can bring a premium, eco-friendly cleaning kit with all the supplies needed to maintain a clean home. These are yours to keep once the service is complete, so we are prepared for your future bookings.

I’ve never booked before — what should I expect?

Your Angel will arrive on time, dressed discretely in everyday clothing -- usually T-shirt and Leggings -- and will slip into her Feathers French Maid uniform to make your eyes and home sparkle! Upon arrival, she will confirm your ID and collect the balance payment, unless you paid in advance.  After introductions, she’ll review your preferences and special requests, then begin. For deeper cleaning jobs, we may book 2 maids--one for the light cleaning and entertainment and the other for the deep cleaning. It’s all handled with warmth, professionalism and a touch of charm. Once the cleaning is done, she will change back into her civilian clothes and leave you with a spotless home and hopefully a smile. Tips are not expected but welcomed and you may give directly to the Angel or to Feathers under her name.

Do the Angels offer anything beyond cleaning?

Our Angels provide light-to-medium cleaning, drinks serving, closet organisation and overall friendly service as well as a variety of customisable services to cater to your unique needs. Staff are social, elegant and trained to deliver a polished, enjoyable experience. Please note: any request that is inappropriate, illegal or disrespectful will be politely declined, and the appointment may be terminated without refund.

Can I take photos or videos?

You’re welcome to take before-and-after photos of your freshly cleaned space. Discretion is paramount. Photos of the Angel is not allowed. If you wish to take a photo of or with your Angel, please ask for her permission first. Filming or photography without consent will result in immediate termination of the visit with no refund.
